ooooo... I know this one! There is probably an easier way, but this works too... 1 post the pic you want like you make a normal post.. 2.Right click on the pic on your blog 3.click on properties 4 there you will see the address (URL) web adress thingy 5 highlight and copy the address 6.Go to your blogger dashboard and settings, you know where it says profile picture URL... 7.paste the addy into that feild. 8. Save Profile on bottom of screen 9. then YOU HAVE to republish your blog index.
